   The Easy Tapper EZ-5.7S Hot Tapping Machine is ideal for petroleum, oil, gas, hydronic heating and cooling applications, water, steam, air and various other fluids where the main line pressure operates at a maximum of up to 600 PSI (NOTE; For system pressures up to 1480 PSI See the EZ-5.5Z-HD-LT). A drill motor can be attached to the back end of the cutter shaft to rotate the cutter. forward pressure for the cutter is applied by rotating the spindle. The spindle feature allows the operator to determine the best feed rate. The equipment is precision machined so the cutter holds its linear position into the cut, thereby preventing the cutter from jumping forward into the cut and overloading or locking in place.  

NOTE: This machine is very fast and easy to use. The short overall length allows for taps in confined spaces.
